Unfortunately I made an error and ticked a box that I shouldn’t have because I didn’t want a subscription. The customer service team was very helpful and refunded $11.00 of the $11.96 that was charged. This refund was done very quickly.

No value, no feedback on what I did wrong or right. And the worst part is, I still haven’t received a proper confirmation or follow-up message since the issue started.

They charged me twice for the exact same report. I contacted them several times, but all my messages were ignored

This is a total scam. 深圳市金富泰科技有限公司 the usual Chinese company scammers. Actually sign you up for a subscription. I couldn’t even access the site after I paid the initial $1.98 Then I’ve just discovered they’ve been lifting $28.80 for the last 3 months the $28.80 coming out of my bank a few days after the $1.98 and monthly thereafter. Went on their website to cancel says account not recognised so no account exists in my email on their website but they’re taking my money for nothing. You have been warned.

Attenzione è una truffa Dopo aver effettuato a marzo un test iq mi sono trovata in totale 13 addebiti su paypal da 28.80 USD. In alcuni mesi gli addebiti era plurimi In agosto, nella notte (italiana) tra il 18 e il 19 ne sono stati fatti 5 DI FILA. Sto conunicando con paypal per risolvere. Ho anche mandato una mail a loro e mi hanno fatto 2 rimborsi per gli addebiti di agosto (!) ma ne mancano 3, più tutti gli altri Sono sicura di non aver sottoscritto abbonamenti, probabilmente anche il tasto “non abbonarti” o simile di fatti portava ad una inconsapevole accettazione Evitate di fare il test e contattate subito la banca/paypal E’ UNA TRUFFA EDIT: dopo la risposta dell'azienda aggiungo quanto segue: so benissimo (ora) che quando ho pagato i 2Usd ho ricevuto una mail al termine (Ma proprio alla fine fine fine) c'era scritto che avendo pagato quei 2 dollari avevo AUTOMATICAMENTE sottoscritto un abbonamento. il punto è che 1) io non ho chiesto di abbonarmi a un bel nulla 2) non mi è stato PROPOSTO di abbonarmi, mi è stato COMUNICATO a cose fatte 3)l'azienda è ben consapevole di questo sistema di businnes che, pur sfruttando un cavillo legale, come spesso succede a chi truffa stando ai limiti della legge, resta decisamente disonesto. Quindi come già comunicato via mail: -ho ricevuto 8 rimborsi su 13 addebiti, cioe i 5 ADDEBITI (!) del mese di agosto e tutti i DOPPI ADDEBITI (!!!) dei mesi precedenti. Per i 5 addebiti restanti continuerò a informarmi per capire come recuperare quei soldi e se non ci riuscirò, amen, ma quello che non smetterò di fare, sarà parlare MALISSIMO di questa azienda a CHIUNQUE

I cancelled subscription but they keep me charging each month without active subscription..... That is a very bad practice, a very unfair one!!!
