Received an email that my account has been deactivated was almost near enough to redeeming my points for a £10.00 voucher. Have accumulated enough points for a £5.00 Amazon voucher but when trying to redeem message appears saying error.

Bunch of Cheapskates. After my negative review in March and response by Catalin, I've been checking Surveys Offered. Nearly ALL are now "Earn an entry for the chance to win 10,000 i‑Say Points!", that is NO POINTS for us but free survey data for them. If I EVER get enough PAYING surveys to reach a payout they're in the Waste Bin. Complete waste of time being a member these days

I’m a student and found the £20 in amazon vouches for joining And completing one month very appealing. After one month of using the app, they gave me the vouchers as promised via email. Then it’s £5 a month after, which is cool since you really don’t need to do anything. After listening to music for a while, your mic can disconnect, but all you need to do is pause and play Again, no need to restart like other reviews said. Amazon prime won’t let you watch stuff with a VPN on, but just close and open the app tends to do the trick. Pretty good deal, I mean I’m not doing anything Very confidential anyway so I’m not too bothered, but nothing’s been hacked or anything, like I’ve done loads of online shopping with this on. Was a bit suspicious but it’s all been fine so 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s a good and honest deal, with little work required.

I recently signed up for Ipsos iris orange but have now decided to opt out. I cannot find any instructions as to how to remove the software from my Iphone plus the Uninstall on my desk top refuses to remove the app. Can you please instruct me how to remove both the phone and desktop software or point me to where I can find instructions to successfully remove them Regards Graham

I was absolutely thrilled when I found out that I was part of this survey. When I found out that I needed to install something that tracked my usage on my phone I was very dubious but as it was ipsos I went ahead with it as it is a recognised company. I installed the app and followed the instructions to the letter. I was told I would be sent a link for each one of my devices - they never arrived. I contacted the company by email and by text and they never replied. I used the VPN on my phone for a day and it went from 100% in the morning to 50% by midday. The battery usage is terrible. Do not go ahead with this survey. Look at the reviews!! I also cannot find the uninstall instructions and have had to try and work backwards to get it off my phone!

Ho provato ipsos anche su diversi account di parenti e familiari. L'azienda è seria, ossia i premi vengono consegnati in breve tempo ma è solo per chi si accontenta di ottenere piccoli buoni amazon da 2 euro poichè ti inviano anche sondaggi di 20-30 minuti con 75-100-150 punti ma il più delle volte risulta nessun sondaggio o risulta non idonei a quel tipo di intervista. Non si capisce il perchè mandino mail chiedendo di partecipare se poi non sono disponibili quasi mai nel profilo. Erogano 5 euro circa al mese.

Surveys regularly crash without giving you any points, also surveys regularly disqualify you from getting points half way through. Utterly pointless and futile, and one of the most incompetent customer services, I have ever dealt with.
