This used to be my go-to survey site. I could reliably make £10 - £25 a month and the surveys were interesting without being too long. Moreover, if I was were screened out I was always paid a token amount, which over time added up. Sadly they are slowly going down hill. I can make about £5 - £10 a month now. I get screened out of well over 3/4 of surveys, sometimes when I've answered over 30 questions and I suspect having reached the end of the survey.... and get a message saying this survey wasn't a good fit for you. Not even a token pay-out of 5 points for wasting 15 to 30 minutes of my time. I've taken surveys where they send a product to test and the follow up survey has a broken link. Annoying for me and I can't imagine the company conducting the survey is happy either. They are not an outright scam or the slowest sites to get a pay out on and give a few decent options for vouchers when you do reach the threshold. I have certainly had the misfortune of signing up for worse survey sites in the past. I hope they improve and find a way to get back to what they once were. Realistically, I suspect things will only get worse and will be looking for better alternatives.

Medarbejder ringede fra en telefon som havde ekstremt dårlig forbindelse. Andet opkald fra en person der ikke vidste formålet med markedsundersøgelsen eller hvem der havde initieret den. Oplevelsen var at spørgeren ikke vidste hvad der blev spurgt om og ikke kunne stille spørgsmålet uden hjælp. Ipsos skal introducere spørgeren i hvad der bliver spurgt om.

Tried to access this site with password supplied in survey letter, No Go. Will only accept 3 digits per box, not 4 as supplied in the letter, and not easy to contact. Waste of time. Binned the letter.

Ipsos is about as useful as a Sumo wrestler in a corp de ballet. I have a problem which I have emailed them about on three occasions over the last fortnight, but not only have they not helped, but they haven`t even replied to any of them. Their surveys have gone downhill as have the frequency and as I have mentioned, their customer service department probably doesn`t even exist. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

I have been completing surveys for Ipsos for a few years now. It was great to start with - not huge amounts of money to be earned, but easy to use and quite rewarding. Both the website and the phone app have been getting progressively less user friendly and misleading (ie implying that there are surveys for you only to say they're not available). Today, the final straw - I spent ages completing a coffee survey only to be told that it had 'filled up'. So they take my information and then bomb me out!

5 appels en deux jours. Je raccroche chaque fois. La sixième fois, la personne qui appelle au nom d'Ipsos admet qu'il travaille pour Ipsos Gand, et qu'il n'est pas tenu par la liste "ne m'appelez pas" car Ipsos ne fait pas d'offres commerciales. Il a enregistré ma demande de ne plus m'appeler.

If the survey works, they are OK. When the survey does not work (which is many times), they are complete garbage and a waste of time, and support is practically useless.
