Not as good as it used to be. Since they relaunched their website and app the number of surveys I’ve qualified for has dramatically reduced. The links to the surveys either return messages that I’m not a good fit for this survey or an error message appears. It worked a lot better with the old system. Another major issue is the reward scheme. They removed a lot of the reward vouchers so now you can only trade £5 or £10 of your points. This is really unfair to those of us who have accumulated a large amount of points and would like to trade their points for £25/£50 Mastercard vouchers to spend online. I wouldn’t waste your time with ipsos, there are others like Prize Rebel who pay cash into your PayPal account and offer significantly more variety of rewards for doing the same sort of surveys.

Update on this review. They have now replaced the dud gift vouchers but it took a long time. The company has a respected reputation but they should maybe look again at their rewards system. Previous review: Avoid this market research company. There are lots of others much better. I spent quite a long time with them and built up a lot of points but when I tried to cash them in for gift vouchers was sent duds that were refused by the shop My complaints have been fobbed off all the time so in the end I have given up. They are simply dishonest.

Ipsos Mori sent me a survey through the post.First of all,the link they told me to click took me to a totally different website (luc) with no directions to the survey. Secondly,I downloaded their app, and it simply doesnt work!!....they sent me a mixed numeric-letter code but when I clicked on the field it only gave me the option of entering NUMERIC data(numbers!)... Your IT is utterly shambolic and isn’t fit for purpose. What a waste of time.

I have been a member for a few weeks now. I have been offered 18 surveys, and I have completed only 5 of those, despite attempting them all within a few hours of being notified. Those other 13 are described as mostly "quota full" (8) or "non-qualify"(5). Even those surveys completed pay only about $AUD1.50. They need higher quotas to allow more surveys to be completed, or pay higher rates per survey. It's not currently a satisfying experience.

Ich bin der Meinung , dies ist keine Plattform welche seriös ist . Nach einem Monat wo ich dabei bin , habe ich einen Gutschein für meine Punkte angefordert ( Penny Gutschein in Höhe von 10 € ) , dieser wurde mir auch nach einem Tag zugestellt , jedoch konnte ich diesen nicht einlösen da er nicht aufgeladen war . Habe versucht Ipsos per Mail zu kontaktieren , aber auch nach Tagen keine Antwort . Ich rate jeden die Finger von dieser Firma zu lassen , aber natürlich muss dies jeder für sich entscheiden .
