For some reason, I started receiving spam emails from this business, some surveys. They used the wrong name, so I assume someone entered my email address by mistake. That happens. However, unsubscribing did not work. Replying didn’t help either—the reply-to address does not exist, and neither does the “from” address. I tried every unsubscribe option listed in the email headers with no success. I also attempted to contact them through the “Contact Us” page on their website, but that didn’t work either. Overall, their communication systems are completely broken, and it has been impossible to resolve a very simple issue.

I’m done with the two weeks trial period on an app they made me downloaded. Now I am having difficulty getting them to compensate me. They are not responding to my mails either.

Angeblich hätte man falsche Angaben gemacht so das man die Punkte nicht einlösen kann. Hab es gelöscht und kann es jeden nur weiter empfehlen es zu löschen. Verarschung das man Gutscheine bekommt und dafür verdammt viel Zeit investiert. Wenn Man hinschreibt das es nicht geht wird man gekündigt obwohl man alles ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt hat.

Ich hatte mehrmals Fehlermeldungen während der Umfragen, hatte deshalb beim Support nachgefragt. Jedes Mal die standardisierte Pauschalantwort. Tatsächlich nach allem was ich hier lese, muss man ja Angst haben wenn man den Support „belästigt“ dann auch noch gesperrt zu werden. Hatte schonmal eine seltsame Meldung bekommen, dass ich sozusagen „angezählt“ bin.
