We worked with Danielle on a project that I was also coordinating with another company on. One of my co-workers also submitted a quote request, and even with all the different people reaching out, Danielle was able to reconcile everything into one quote with no problem. We needed a high-resolution video file pre-loaded onto our flash drives, and the file was to large to use their FTP site. Because Danielle was not in the office (apparently she'd been emailing me from vacation!), I called into customer service because we needed them within 3 weeks. Alex was very helpful, gave me an alternate route to take, and we received our drives a week earlier than expected!

Good customer service and delivery

We hand a flash drive to our ranch guests as they leave at the end of their stay. This flash drive contains many pictures taken of their activities done during their week's stay, so they are thrilled to have this personal memory of their vacation. The ranch logo on the flash drive is a plus!
