Excellent customer service !! I ordered the wrong size case So I called them and explained what I did. They said no problem and sent me out the right size case the same day at no charge. I would highly recommend IProductUS.

I reached out to request a custom order on Etsy for a Samsung Note 9 case after being told no from another seller. I had a small issue with an order and to my surprise and appreciation customer service effortlessly took care of the situation and got me the phone case I expected in the beginning. It’s not often these days that the product and support are equally matched. Well done to say the least!

Looks great! The side buttons could be more tactile and responsive. Case could be slightly slimmer. Very close to just right though. Satisfied so far.
