We’ve been using iPnote for our TM registration in the last couple of years. Very happy with the software they’ve built and also with the support they’ve been providing to us. Highly recommend giving it a go.

Thanks for your review!
Dear Colleagues, As regards to the queries, its good and we are getting queries. But when it comes to the offer, please note that we have offered the lowest fee in our jurisdictions and the fee is lowest as no other firm can offer in India. Despite we never received a final order from IP order. Sometimes our offer got rejected due to with remark "other trusted service provder found" and sometimes marked "deadline passed". Which is weird. Since we are sure that our fee schedule is lowest amongst the Indian Law firms and nobody can offer that much lowest fee. In addition, i would like to inform you that our firm is working for many other big IP law firms worldwide. Hence we are trusted firm and we believe that the queries which are generating are biased somehow. Well good efforts and we will try to offer our best possible fee schedule to the queries. Thanks and regards

Dear Colleagues, We are sorry to hear about your disappointment and thank you for your detailed feedback. While we understand that offering the lowest prices in the Indian jurisdiction is your advantage, it is important to note that price is not always the main criterion for choosing a service provider. Our clients often pay close attention to the quality of communication, the presence of positive feedback, and the experience on the platform. Additionally, extremely low prices can sometimes raise concerns about the quality of services, especially among clients from countries with higher service costs, such as the USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and European countries. We suggest scheduling a meeting with our customer success team to discuss potential ways to adjust your pricing strategy and improve your company's presentation on the platform. We are confident this will help increase your chances of securing orders. In turn, we will also strive to find out how we can improve the functionality and usability of our platform to meet the needs of our users. Thank you for your honesty and commitment to quality. We value your participation and strive for excellence. Wishing you success in your business!
