Company is total scam Cancelled my policy due to finding cheaper rate and ipfs Customer service is garbage they help you with nothing . I never would recommend them to anyone Stay Far away from this greedy no good filthy animal of business. I cancelled my policy Oct 6 2023 and they still trying to bill me for what I don’t know .

I'm smelling scam, no experienced at all

This finance company enjoys taking advantage of its customers. First, they decided to charge customers who pay electronically with their bank accounts, a $6.00-$7.00 technology fee. We have been customers for over 4 years and never have been subjected to any fees. If you pay with your Debit/Credit Card, they will charge you a $12.00-$14.00 technology fee just to process your payment on their website. On top of that, if you decide to use their Auto Pay, this finance company contracts a third party to process those payments, who will charge a processing fee as well. Of course, the fee is a mystery since it is not disclosed on their website. It is not safe to mail them a payment since there is so much identity theft occurring. We will not be renewing our policy if IPFS finances it. When we recently renewed our policy, these “fees” were not included.

Garbage company wouldn't even waive a late fee during historic Vermont flooding when the bill wasn't even delivered until after the due date. Even Ford Credit went out of their way to send a message offering understanding and relief for what happened to our community.

Using this company you'll learn their probably in some hut in Africa running scams with insurance company's, scam#1 every payment you make on time is always late for extra late fee income scam#2 they only deal with insurance companies under the rating of "B" and the reason truck freight broker's will not deal with them scam#3 the say they only finance insurance policies and have absolutely 0 to do with insurance companies they just pay the insurance company the full total of your policy upfront and you repay them and you'll make your payments to a IPFS portal and when a trail was totaled by another company I needed the trailer $1,870 payment removed they would remove it I refused to make payment on something I don't have and it got so bad I have to get the law involved and turn them and Southwestern insurance in for fraud with detective shipmen open the mail another bill the payment dropped $200 from $1,800 they are actually trying to scam me out of $1,000 a month and this time the letter head has changed it has both IPFS and Southwestern insurance letterhead together meaning they lied from the beginning they knew exactly what they were doing with Southwestern insurance refusing to lower my payment to the correct payment DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I don’t like this company and definitely will not be using again… sent a payment and apparently they claim a number on the account was wrong and I wasn’t notified at all.. they are very rude and customer service is the same.. will definitely not be using ever again

Everything sucks. Automatic payments aren't a thing. fill it out each month never goes through. Customer service is a joke. And 3 x the price of any other insurance company, but they are the only ones doing roofing insurance in Montana. Hope competition reads this and comes to Montana.

I spoke with Amanda on the phone and she was really rude . Customer service sucks, good luck if you need help with anything
