Hi Simon, We’re sorry that your order had not shipped and that you did not receive a timely response from our support team. We understand how concerning this must have been, particularly after you had already waited and made repeated attempts to contact us. For confirmed unfulfilled or lost orders, our standard resolution is either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the circumstances. However, we have not yet been able to identify your specific order from the information shown in this review, so we do not want to claim an outcome we cannot verify. Please contact our support team with your order number and the name or email address used for the purchase. We will use those details to review what happened and confirm how the order was resolved.
