I sent In request said I would have appointment 24-48 hrs a week later after I reached out to them twice I finally received appointment 24 hrs after my 2nd chat with them

It’s been over a week snd I’m still waiting on my prescription. I ordered on Feb 15th.

I’ve had a horrible experience with customer service 3 times. On 1/25, I called to have my order renewed early to avoid any shipping delays. The rep confirmed my order and stated I shouldn’t have a problem receiving it on the day I was expected. On 2/13, that order had still not arrived. When I called to inquire I learned my order was never even renewed making my initial chat with the rep a lie. I’ve asked to speak to a manager or have a manager call me 3 times now and it still hasn’t happened.

Order was placed 02/15/2023 and I still have not received my ordered (02/25/2023. Also, received two different instructions on how to administer my medication.Updated: 03/01/2023, I finally received my order.

No one told me that there would be a long delay before I got the meds. Deoending upon when i get the meds- my next payment will be do and still no meds
