Hd to contact Invigor to find out why my subscription for meds was delayed...was told that there was a backlog at the provider pharmacy and I would have to get my prescription reviewed again. Order was finally placed and approved, but it was about 2 weeks late. Would have appreciated a heads up that there was a supply issue instead of having to contact Invigor.

I am new with this company, I was promised to speak with a physician and it had not happened, being in the medical field myself , I think it’s very important to speak to a doctor before taking a medication, anyway they decided to charge my card, without a doctor even speaking with me. I had so many questions for her. I’m very upset this happened and I just decided to cancel all this. Speaking with Ariana was a blessing, she let me know that a Manager name of Chrissy will call me today to cancel my prescription. I’m still waiting on that . But the 4 stars are for Ariana. Exactly helpful and understanding. Hoping and waiting for my refund. Policy states that a doctor is suppose to speak with the client. And it did not happen, and that made me decide it was not right.

I am new to the service and have not yet had a medical consultation or received the product as I just signed up yesterday. There was some confusion about when the consultation and billing was to occur. I chatted with Ariana, who took the time to consult with her manager And resolve my issue promptly and efficiently excellent customer service, and I have high hopes for this to continue in the future
