Dear Thilak, we’re glad the trainer was able to tailor the session to your company’s needs and make it more relevant for your team.
I did a "40" hour course with Invensis Learning and the first day we did two hours, the second day we did 3, the third day we did 4 and the last day we did 1. and the rest of the time we were told to self study and do exam questions. I would recommend everyone to stay away from these as you do not get value for money. I didnt pay to self study i paid to have assistance and exercises to assist me. I have been on a lot of courses in my 24 year areer in IT and I can honestly say this was the worst course I have ever atttended.

16 hour course could have been 4 hours. Covered ITIL entry level service terminology, more suited for first year High School (at latest) intro to IT Service terms.
