Ordered in early March to be ready for my parters 5 year anniversary in June, expected delivery date was in May but the order hadn’t even been sent by this date. Finally received an order after lots of back and forth emails, it didn’t come in time for the anniversary and wasn’t even my order. Extremely upset do not order from here.

I've had nothing but good experiences with intheclouds. I've ordered four custom vinyls with them and have a fifth on order right now. If I've had a question for them, their team is quick to respond and be helpful, ex. I wanted to cancel a vinyl as the artist announced a proper release in August, so I reached out to them and they were more than happy to cancel the order. The four albums I've got with them sound amazing and have good print quality. The outer sleeve for the vinyl is a bit flimsy but that's not a deterrent for me as they are an on-demand one-off lathe vinyl company. Again, I've been nothing but pleased with them and intend on placing more orders with them throughout the year.

Far out of their delivery window, refusing to cancel and refund the order after requesting very kindly twice. They replied that my order had already shipped so they couldn’t refund it. Turns out they just created the label so they could refuse my refund, but it didn’t ship until yet another week, so they were obviously just trying to keep my money. Overall it took 11 weeks to receive my record, when the terms of service on the website when I purchased said “Standard Production ~6 weeks.” They take no ownership or responsibility for their unfulfilled terms, but it doesn’t stop there. I received the record, and the quality is abysmal. The cut is shallow and messy. The playback is distorted. I am a professional audio engineer, so please know this is an objective fact. Completely distorted. They made a disaster of a record out of my very own music, so I am incredibly disappointed. It has been over a week now after I demanded a refund for a third time, and they are ignoring me. I will try to contest the charge on my credit card and report this scam company everywhere possible. They are unprofessional and just downright bad at their service, and do not take the customer response seriously or make any improvements despite years of terrible reviews by customers with similar experiences as mine. I wish I had read these other reviews sooner. They stole my money and failed to deliver on their terms of service in both production time and quality assurance. Buy your products somewhere else!

these guys are about as unprofessional as buisness can get, my guess is they operate very well on a local level and that's their primary focus HOWEVER you MUST advertise this to people out of state. Waiting four months for a response is never ideal under any circumstance but especially under one where you list wait times should only be a month. i don't know i really wanted to give these guys benefit of the doubt but the printing isn't anything special after they finally delivered so i just feel like wow, all that effort for this?

Extremely disappointed with this company. Hard to tell if its a scam or they are just incompetent. Either way, you wont be receive your item but will be parted with your money. A lesson learned to always check the reviews

If I could give a zero I would. They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number listed. They have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. You will be scammed if you go here.

This company is extremely slow and they don’t even feel the need to reply to email, or social media. Ridiculous. Can’t wait to receive my order of custom jackets and be done with them. Still yet to receive order ITC26215 placed on 12/22/22!

About a month ago I ordered some custom CDs and I was a bit hesitant because of the mostly negative reviews it was given. I took a shot in the dark and it worked out very well. Remember if they don't email you back after the first few emails that means that the information you've sent was all good. P.S. CDs take 4-6 weeks while vinyl takes 8 weeks. Thanks again!
