It has been over 8 weeks since I placed an order for one single custom CD. After a month I emailed their customer support and they mentioned that CD turnaround time is 3-6 weeks and it would take 6-8 weeks to ship. My order is #ITC29279, and I was just wondering if I will get it at all.

It is unbelievable how unresponsive they are after you place an order and they take your money. Especially after every review of this company mentions the same thing, you think they would try to do better. No updates, no responses to emails. Its beyond frustrating. I have reached out via email, facebook, and now I am hoping they respond here. I want to know where my order is. If I dont here back soon I will have no choice but to challenge the charge on my credit card and lay a formal complaint against the company. Last review I make, they still haven’t contacted me, they keep sending promotional emails through their contact for support email, and they keep reposting random videos on their instagram story daily. I’ve seen reviews where they haven’t gotten their items in almost a year and believe they focus on the biggest orders that pay the most money. Again willing to take down my reviews if I know I’m going to get my item but it appears I’m not.

I ordered a Vinyl for my boyfriend as a christmas gift that was very very sentimental and I still have yet to receive an update, Im so upset because I was looking forward to seeing him be so excited about it. I have CONTACTED them and no answer, I failed to look at reviews before making my order and now im afraid I was scammed, I really hope I can take my review down if im reached back to. I placed an order for a custom vinyl on November 16th and have sadly still not received anything. I have sent multiple emails but no response. I was really looking forward to giving this as a Christmas gift and am hoping that I will receive it before I go back to school as I am on college break right now. I hope to be able to edit my review after I get my vinyl. Order #ITC29401

I did not want to leave a review but I feel I have no other choice. I placed an order on November 11th for a 2XLP Custom Vinyl Record for my husband as a Christmas gift. Website stated 6 weeks for production and shipping, with an estimated ship date of 12/23. I figured I wouldn't get it by Christmas and waited patiently. 12/23 came and went with no update from the company. I checked the status and they updated the shipping to say that they "missed the mark" and that the updated shipping date is... 12/23. I figured this couldn't be correct so I have reached out politely multiple times over the last week and a half, simply for an update. If I could be assured that I would receive the record by the end of this month I would be happy, but no response at all. I even messaged their Instagram account to no response. They keep sending me promotional emails to buy gift cards, their new record styles, and posting on their Instagram stories but can't update their paying customers? This is not how a good business is run. This was the gift I was most excited about for Christmas so I'm disappointed to say the very least. If I don't hear an update about my order by 1/8/23, I'll be reporting this purchase as fraudulent and charging back my payment, which I really don't want to do because I really want this record. My order is #ITC29302. If you reply with a canned "Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working to address the issue" yadda yadda, I'll assume I'm never getting my record and will chargeback immediately. Govern yourselves accordingly.

Trust the reviews. Only played a little of the record so I can only say that so far, the sound quality is fine I guess. A bit fuzzy. May be an issue with the files O submitted, but I’m uncertain. Definitely not like an original pressing, but that’s as expected. I paid for the expedited order and it arrived in 2 weeks which is super cool! Sleeve is not great quality and is comparable to matte poster paper for reference. Not very sturdy. My biggest issue is the customer service. Partially my fault, I uploaded the songs and I didn’t notice until after I ordered it that they were in the wrong order. Approximately 20 minutes after the order was placed I emailed them hoping I could request the order of the songs be adjusted since they say on their site they can fix issues in processing. I waited 6 days before following up only to find out that less than a handful of days later it was shipped out. Genuinely, very nice that it was quick, but very disappointing that there was no help via email like the site says. My bad for messing up if that’s what caused the disorder, but it sucks that the customer service is so poor especially after I paid close to $200 for this one item.

I ordered this for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift quite a while ago, and emailed twice to ask about the progress, even messaging the Instagram page. No response at all. If my order is going to be late, I NEED a response, but I haven't heard a peep. Edit: she's broken up with me and it STILL hasn't shipped
