For many reasons, i have to say that I can’t recommend Intheclouds. I purchased a double LP on the 1st of January and it took more than two months for the package to arrive. They have a big problem with dealing with their commands, but they did answer my many emails that I sent during the making process and the posting. I you can, don’t buy their items, unless they improve their posting issues.

I got the record and realized it was the worst sound I ever heard. The right channel is mostly noise that starts on the record before the first track starts, on every record, on every side. And now I understand that the only thing I can do with this record is to throw it away. They didn't check this record after recording. I wrote them by e-mail, and they haven't answered me about a problem with the record. As an additional point - they have smelly paint and use it for cover printing. So, it was the last time I have ordered anything from Intheclouds

Horrible It has been over 8 weeks since I ordered and I still have no shipping info or anything. I tried contacting support and no answets

i hate writing any sort of negative reviews because i never want to be rude but it’s getting to the point where i am seriously having regrets supporting this small business. i paid for a custom vinyl on 1/7/24 expecting it to come right around valentine’s day, just like another customer had said. i understand that these products are custom and may take a couple days longer than expected. i can attest that when i also ordered it the expected arrival was 4-5 WEEKS. i also can say that after a few weeks when i went to go check the estimated arrival it had changed over to 6 weeks, so i understood this and thought i would get an updated email. it is going on the 7TH WEEK and i still haven’t gotten any sort of updated email or have been communicated with. i had sent a very polite email on 1/22 with still no response at all. i’ve tried looking for other ways of contact but all i’ve seen on other platforms like instagram or tik tok is that they use a third party service, which does not even respond to emails anyway. the lack of communication is irritating and the audacity to have ZERO communication is so disappointing, when i paid a good amount of money for this gift. in addition, the fact that the social media accounts have time to post random stories but NOT answer or communicate to their customers is infuriating. i am having so many regrets and would honestly just like a refund of my money so i can take business else where.

Updated review (part 2) After not hearing from the company for +6 weeks, even after contacting them. I put a one star review up and they immediately sent a shipping label. It still took a couple weeks to ship, which is fine. When the product arrived, it looked and sounded great, but was somehow missing a track. This is a cool idea but I’m not sure this company is able to keep up with their demand.

Ordered a vinyl record sleeve from InTheClouds. It took over a month to arrive, and I was dissapointed in the quality overall. The cardstock used is very flimsy, more paper-like than what you would usually get with a vinyl. It felt wet, almost like the ink was still fresh. Corners were also damaged during shipping. Took a chance on a small business, but seems they are over their head. ill never use them again. Sorry!

The order took close to 4 months to receive. I had no response from their support team. And to make matters worse when I did receive the LP the front and back cover was a completely different colour to what I had uploaded and the digital proof they sent. It should've been close to black and white but it arrived as a dusty pink. The vinyl itself was a nice white colour however I also noticed a crack on side A in the centre. Overall I don't think I would use these guys again. Not a good experience

I put in my order for a 7 inch vinyl jacket around mid December. I never got confirmation or estimated delivery date. I sent them four emails and It took them over a month and a half to contact me. By then I had canceled the purchase through my bank. Finally, they responded and ended up sending me the printed jacket anyway. The printing quality was terrible and off-center. Part of my image was cropped off. The vinyl quality and color was not correct either. Overall did not have a great experience
