Dear Lybov, Thank you for all your kind words. They and your strong recommendations mean a great deal especially as you have done a surrogate program before and can make a comparison as to the significant difference working with Delivering Dreams. Also, because you visited many clinics and agencies before choosing to work with us. 🤗 We are happy you feel that all your doctors and the clinic were the very best! We want only the very best for our surrogates! 😊 I am glad you never worried for a second and felt the constant care and support 24/7 of our amazing coordinator Lyba. You are right! It is so important she is always at every appointment, buy your side and in touch checking in every day – just in case something might be bothering you or if you needed anything. Our entire team really does work for results ✅ as you write, and we are happy your first transfer was successful as a very healthy pregnancy and birth to a beautiful boy! His biological parents are forever grateful. 💕 You said we make people happy. I am glad we were able to make you happy through this experience and we thank you for being such a joy for Oksana, myself and all our Delivering Dreams team to work with. We wish you and your family all the happiness and joy in the future. 🌺🌷🌻 Please stay in touch. With love, Susan, Oksana, Lybov and all the Delivering Dreams Team

Hi Ulua! Great to hear as a surrogate you are so very happy with our agency. ❤️ I am happy to hear that the doctors and medical staff are very kind and friendly. Our surrogate coordinator is excellent at giving clear information, instructions and assistance. Thank you for acknowledging her extraordinary work. 🙏 That is funny that she makes you set alarms for everything you have to do! 😊 So great to have a back up reminder though in addition to all her calls. 😘 We pride ourselves on always making all payments promptly and paying for safe comfortable travel for you. I am happy you are excited to bring joy to your biological parents. I know you will. They loved meeting you before you started and say over and over again you are the best surrogate they could ever hope for. 🤗They are so very grateful they cry every time they get updates and ask about you constantly. They are so happy you were pregnant at the first transfer. After 9 negative IVF cycles and so many miscarriages, they simply can’t believe they will be parents! 💕 Soon you will have a group where you can communicate with the child’s biological parents directly. They are looking forward to chatting and exchanging photos with you! Best, Susan

Hi! Thank you for your kind words! Ivan is an amazing customer experience manager. We are so blessed to have such a carring and supportive team so in love with their work. I know these shippments took a great deal of work and facilitation as the sending IVF clinics in the US and Georgia were not as cooperative and responsive as we would have liked. ☺️ I am glad to hear you enjoyed seeing the tracking of your shippments. We believe it is very reasuring to know where it is when! Consistant and clear communication and support is so important for peace of mind throughout the surrogacy process. We believe it bridges the distance in international surrogacy! Thank you for your confidence in us! Kind wishes, Susan
