I like intercom - it's the 💣
I like intercom. While there are a few enhancements that I would love to see (ability to cc additional people on an outbound message ;), there are many features that I appreciate about Intercom as well. I love the queue management of snoozing, closing, being able to tag teammates, etc. I think the biggest complaint that I get from people is that the emails that they receive often become cumbersome to follow - meaning the message history doesn't clean up as easily as regular email. I don't know if this even makes sense?! But that's really it - the customer support is quick and efficient and I like my experience overall. Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Kelly! Queue management is one of the great benefits of Intercom and is something I use a lot as well - it's good to see it's something our customers are utilising. Thanks for your feedback around emails and outbound messaging, these are areas we are always looking to improve so I will let our team know your feedback. Thanks, Eabha (Customer Engagement)
