The product is amazing. It's helped us create new efficiencies in lead generation, customer support, and handling general technical enquiries. The support is also excellent. Always on hand when required, super personable, and quick to the solution.

Intercom is invaluable to our company! From lead generation to in-app messaging to our customer base, Intercom does it all. The new Product Tours feature is an exciting tool and we're looking forward to the functionality that will be added over the coming 12 months.

Intercom helps us connect with our customers and prospects in a human way. Instead of having to wait for emails back and forth, the real-time communication enables us to address customer issues and complaints quickly. Adding GIFS and emojiis seems like an unnecessary thing for businesses, but we consider it a critical feature to building trust and an emotional connection with the people we're talking with.
