It's a good tool, but there many things you could make better. From all the feedback I left during the year of evaluation none has changed. Some of them are pretty crucial. It also has a high price especially for small bis like mine.

Overall, it has been a great experience. Support has been quick and responsive when we reach out. We need to devote a little more time to exploring all of the benefits and using it fully, but it has been a great customer support channel for us.

the service itself is excellent, head and shoulders above the one we were using previously, very well done! surprisingly long wait for the replies from support - i had to wait more than 24 hours one time and got a reply on my weekend.. but the quality of the support otherwise is excellent as well, i just wish it was faster

Great product - pricing a bit too high vs new alternatives.

"Charging money after trial period and cannot pay the money back" Unfortunately, I haven't tested the solution & cancelled the trial subscription 2 weeks before the normal end date. I am now chasing them as well as my bank to get a cancellation of the 90 euros fraudulently charged on my bank account....so unimpressive

Pricey but best in class when it comes to automating new customer onboarding and ongoing communication. The flexibility in segmenting and targeting custom parameters also been really helpful.
