We set up our Rippl chatbot using Intercom in only a few hours, and it has handled many thousands of conversations with users so far. There are plenty of guides and tutorials. Adding it to our landing page was easy as we only needed to add a few lines of code. We are now able to focus on handling the complicated questions that really need human answers.

Intercom has really helped us communicate with our external customers. TBH I haven't used a lot of the advanced features, but for the purpose we use it for it has been terrific

Having intercom on our platform really helps increase engagement because we get to reply to our users almost immediately. On their end, they appreciate the minimised reply wait time. Win-win. The backend is also easy to navigate in terms of knowledge base, sending out posts, reporting, etc.

I like how easy it is to use the system. We are not currently using it to the max but I will work on that shortly :)

Intercom works great as a communication and resource library tool for DocStation. Our users appreciate being able to get in touch with our support team quickly, and we love the messaging and analytics the platform provides. We'd definitely recommend Intercom.
