Easy app
Very handy and fast, has lots of features. I use it daily with virtually no issues. Only downside is that it doesn't beep sometimes

Hi Gabriela, thanks for taking the time to leave Intercom a review! I always love hearing from daily users of Intercom :) For the beep sound you can change it if you don't like it (see here on how:https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/5099246-can-i-change-the-notification-sound-in-inbox) or else it might be an issue in your settings where you are getting notified of messages that actually aren't relevant to you!
