FinReviews of intercom.io

Great Platform, lots of very useful and easy to use features. Only down point is pricing for small companies, it is quiet hard to use full platform if you have a small team and not many requests, it is hard to justify budget.

Intercom is really great I use it to talk to clients, I've made a product tour, and I'm developing some bots. We use Intercom for our help desk, we use their reports and attend their webinars whenever possible. Their own help desk is awesome, and so is their customer support team. I haven't given it 5 stars because I found product tours quite hard to set up. It took a colleague and I about a week to create one because it was quite clunky. With messages, I'll receive an email saying a client has said a message but the Intercom inbox hasn't received it, so I have to refresh but it would be great if they just popped up. But it's a really great tool and I'd always recommend it!

Great, holistic product. Would give 5 stars if all features worked in mobile app (which it does't at the moment).

I love Intercom. Our company is not currently using the tool to capture leads, but to monitor client behaviour. There are simply not enough metrics for us to generate KEIs from. We have to use Google Analytics which typically does not share information based on an individual user, but by region, which can complicate our analyses. Intercom has a big opportunity here. I think there’s too much of a focus on lead capture, which thousands of other companies do, and all the while you’re sitting on a goldmine of information, data and stats relating to current user behaviour. As a smaller company charging a premium price for our SaaS platform with only about 500 clients and under 1,000 users, we absolutely need an overview on these KEIs. Intercoms interface is great and easy to understand but your reports are terrible. All that being said, I love Intercom and wouldn’t change it for anything. The product tours are fantastic, despite them not fitting well with our platform due to the number of nodes. We still love them!

It works fine, but there is so little space for customizing. Every time we request for something it is denied. Not all companies work the same way, having so little space for customization is frustrating sometimes. There are so many duplicates customers that make our job very difficult.

Loving intercom but it could be a little more intuitive.

I have shared some findings with your team hopefully they can come up with some solution.

The support team are always responsive and they always follow up to make sure everything is working. I really like that, and it rarely happens with other products. Thanks
