I'm on my first campaign and have already seen great results. I found one of their premade videos that fit the emotion of my track, edited it on Mojo to add my copy, and then built the campaign really easily. They had a video to help with Meta integrations and were there when I had an issue. So far I'm really happy with my choice to work with intellijend!

the user interface is super clean, easy to follow and also very deep with the info it gives you. campaign was super easy to setup and working great. i had some questions and they answered very quickly in the live chat service they have. highly recommend.

Update: After posting this review, the issue was escalated and the team reviewed the situation again. They acknowledged that the Meta restriction was outside my control and agreed to issue a full refund, which is currently being processed. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved fairly. I bought the annual One Artist plan but realised the same day that the platform was not fully usable for me because my Meta Business account had a restriction that Meta confirmed could not be lifted. Since the product relies on Meta integration, this meant I couldn’t use the service as intended. I raised the issue immediately, but the initial responses felt quite rigid and policy-driven, which was frustrating given the circumstances. To their credit, once the case was reviewed more closely, the team agreed to resolve it with a full refund. Sharing this so other artists are aware that Meta integration is essential for the service to work, but also to reflect that the situation was eventually handled properly.

Hi, I’m sorry this situation felt frustrating, especially after purchasing in good faith. Intellijend is built to run and optimize Meta ads, which requires an eligible Meta Business account. Unfortunately, certain legacy restrictions that are enforced entirely by Meta are out of our control. While the automated campaign functionality couldn’t be used in your case, your subscription still included full access to our marketing course, ad pack bundle, actionable insights, and other platform features - content whose standalone value exceeds the yearly plan price. What I wanna make up to you is the interaction that felt cold or inflexible. Even when there's an issue outside our control, communication should never feel dismissive. Right away intellijend has had amazing customer service. They emailed me back right away with a question I had! As an independant artist and working Mom, I needed something user friendly with big results. It's taken away a lot of the stress of running my own ads for my music.
