This company is full of incompetent and untrained alarm installers. This company installed faulty alarm system in an assisted living facility and the whole thing is faulty. Not only that, but their lack of response has the CKFR Fire Marshall concerned about this issue. I would never do business ever with a company that has untrained, unprofessional, and incompetent personnel.
