Couldn’t speak more highly of my experience with Integrity First. The communication, transparency, and results were all second to none. Highly recommend them and their services, was a game-changer for me and my business

I initially had interest in this program until I realized it was not as represented to be. My first payment of three for the on boarding process was made. Since that time, I have been ignored and denied a refund … $900 to pay for no services rendered it’s not easy to overlook. I recommend staying away from these people as the “integrity” is more illusion than fact.

Response from Integrity First· May 21, 2026
This review does not reflect what happened. The client signed an engagement agreement and began the Integrity First Protocol with us. He then went delinquent on his payment plan and stopped responding to scheduled calls, voicemails, text messages, and follow-ups across multiple channels for over six months. There is over 20 documented outreaches from us. Despite the missed payments, our team continued reaching out and continued working on his behalf, because that is how we operate. The refund request did not come through the process defined in his signed agreement. It came alongside a threat to leave a negative review. Our refund guarantee is clearly written into every engagement agreement, reviewed and signed before any payment is made: if we do not secure a minimum of $50K in 0% APR funding for a client who completes the Protocol with us, the onboarding fee is refunded in full. That guarantee is built on a two-sided commitment. It does not cover clients who go delinquent, stop responding, and then request a refund outside of the terms they committed to. We recognize that losing a business is difficult, and we have genuine empathy for that. But empathy is not a reason to refund work that was delivered under a signed agreement that the client himself broke. Integrity First is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the standard we ask of the clients we work with. That means honoring our guarantees in full when the terms are met, and standing by those same terms when they are not, regardless of outside pressure. We stand behind the work that was delivered and behind the agreement that was signed. — The Integrity First Team
I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional services provided by Integrity First over the last four months! From day one, their commitment to quality and professionalism has been evident. Gabriel Villanueva, in particular, has been a standout with his hands-on approach and unwavering dedication to ensuring every detail is perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend Integrity First to anyone looking for top-notch service. They truly deliver on their promise of integrity and excellence!

My whole experience with Integrity First and especially Sam has been very positive. He helped me improve my credit score by over 100 points, so far he's gotten me $75,000 in 0% business funding, and I'm on my way to securing additional funding with his help. He has been very responsive, and he even follows up if he hasn't heard from me in awhile. He is kind and demonstrates genuine caring and concern, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Sam and Integrity First to anyone looking for additional funding and financial help.

Working with Integrity First Funding has been a strong experience. Samuel Tretter leads with clarity and integrity, and the process is structured and strategic. They focus on positioning first, then connecting you with the right lenders based on your profile. It’s thoughtful, professional, and never feels one-size-fits-all.
