Stephen Pelligrino was very helpful. Through many changes in graphics the design department sent updates. The tent arrived and it was awesome. Very heavy duty and the fabric was also. The carry case was rugged and made it easy to load the tent. Would recommend this company to all.

I contacted several canopy/tent producers and found that IP provided the best quality for a reasonable price. I received quotes twice as high. I ordered a 10'X20' Full Digital Package custom canopy with four custom printed 10' full height walls, and a Pro Expo Frame. The Pro Expo frame looked like the most heavy duty frame I could find and it turned out to be just that. My organization was very happy with the finished product, and I was extremely satisfied with the first class service and attention I received.

Purchased a 7x7 foot pop up tent. It looks great. Colors are sharp and tent canopy and frame both look to be great quality. Only complaint is that communication with the customer could be better. When we received our order, it did not come with the Roller Bag. On the invoice it was not checked off (everything else was checked and arrived in the package) and it appears "B/O" was scribbled on the invoice. I'm assuming this means back order and the roller bag will come, but not communication or explanation was given as to why or when or if we will receive the roller bag. I am waiting on a reply from our sales contact.
