My custom pop-up came so quickly and it looks great. Curious to see how it fares after being in the sun for a prolonged period of time. The customer support team was so helpful in adjusting my design and the approval process.

I was very impressed with Instant Promotion on so many levels. Their customer service has been incredibly helpful, and very responsive. The custom canopy tent that I ordered looks amazing, and sturdy! The best part of all is that their prices are half the price of their competitors. I am thoroughly satisfied with my buying experience with Instant Promotion, and would absolutely order from them again.

The canopy we ordered for our car club far exceeded what we expected...Paul Davis, the representative I worked with, kept me updated every step of the way...I would highly recommend, and I have to everyone who has loved and asked about our canopy, Instant Promotions in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a personalized, custom canopy for their organization...

From start to finish the customer service from Instant Promotions was excellent! They worked with me on adjusting the design of the tents I ordered and also on a discount being I was buying more than one tent. The tents came in before they were expected to and they look amazing and flawless! I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone!

We love our new Canopy! The ordering process was super easy. I am not very technical and the team walked me through the process. The team was also very responsive when I sent emails with questions.

My tent is AMAZING! Strong frame, waterproof and the graphics are beautiful! We were the most spectacular tent at the show. This is one of the best decisions on purchase I have made. No need for additional signage and size is perfect. Easy to set up and pull down with the zipper sides. James made sure the tent arrived on time and we had a tight window. Recommend this company to any business!
