excellent customer service
the air fryer I bought was too small for me - I returned it and had excellent customer service and a quick refund.

Duo crisp with ultimate lid
Seems to do the job fairly well so far (early days yet). However the electric cord is ridiculously short and I have had to make up a short extension just to clear the kitchen cabinets and open it! Another poor point is the lack of an instruction or basic recipe book included. That meant searching online for a basic instruction book which had to be printed out to be of any use. Seems to me they have spoilt a potentially good product with penny saving on the basics...and its not cheap!
