They did absolutely nothing. Took the money, and filed me ta report. Afterward I found out that I never needed to use this company and pay money, because it is free to report to lost and found at usually every airport, including Copenhagen airport. Shame that they are allowed to continue.

I wish i could give a single star. Utterly useless company. They’re set up to hit lost and found search results so that it seems like you’re filing a claim with the airport itself, and once they have your money they do absolutely nothing other than send a confirmation email.

I paid 40 USD and all they did was write an email to Barcelona Airport. When the property was found, I asked Instafile to ship it to me, but they didn’t respond, so I paid UPS to get it instead. A hoax. Do not use them but contact the airport yourself.

Scam. They do not have any links to any lost and found office. This is a bogus company who makes money from peoples misery. Reported to UK Action Fraud.

Scammers, pay Google to get their Lost and Found first on the list. Type Miami Lost and Found and who should appear first? Guess? You give them all the information that can truly be entered for free at the Real Miami Lost and found, pay them $34.99 for what I thought would be used for return shipping but no this is just the fee for transferring/auto-populating your info to the Real Lost and Found. The Real Lost and Found still charge you an arm and a leg to ship your item and claim to know nothing about the Instafilereporting and their $34.99 fee. Google.com should also be ashamed to profit from these scammers.
