As the course focuses on an important topic—money management—most communication is handled exclusively through WhatsApp, including the sharing of important documents. I do not find this very professional, as with around 30 participants, the chat becomes flooded with messages that are often disruptive and difficult to follow. Additionally, while I receive numerous promotional emails related to selling other courses, important course communications are not consistently sent via email, which makes it harder to keep track of key information.
