Great experience and very detailed

Happy with the service up til the day before closing. Was told I would need almost $4,000 additional funds to close because of city taxes being overlooked. Luckily I had the money, but not the point.

Everything was fine until the closing. At closing the paperwork was not correct and necessitated unwanted delays in the transfer of the property.
