Hi Anthony, We are sorry you feel this way about Insightful. However, our billing is fully transparent - you’ve been charged only for the active user seats you added, with credits applied to your account for all the users that you have deactivated. Manager and admin seats are not billed, and all charges are based strictly on the pricing you originally signed up for. We hope that the platform has served you well. Best regards, The Insightful Team

Hi Zarif, That’s a pretty strong combination to call out - productivity on one side and data privacy on the other. We're glad to see Insightful is helping you keep both in check without making things harder for your team. Simple tools tend to get used. Sounds like that’s been the case here. Appreciate the feedback. Best regards, The Insightful Team

Hi Shivangi, Thanks for leaving a review. You’re absolutely right that manually reviewing recordings isn’t scalable, and technology should be doing the heavy lifting. With Insightful, meaningful insights come from a combination of structured productivity data, automated analysis, and clear trends - with video recordings offering great insights when deeper review is needed. When evaluating tools that claim advanced AI video analysis at very low price points, it’s worth taking a closer look at how that capability is delivered and whether the pricing model remains sustainable as usage grows. AI processing on video at scale typically involves significant infrastructure costs, so transparency around what’s included, and what may change, matters. If you’d like to explore how Insightful balances automation, insight, and context, we’d be glad to walk you through it. Best regards, The Insightful Team

Hi Joseph, We’re sorry to hear that the trial experience felt under-supported. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve built a range of resources to help trial users move quickly, including extensive documentation, guided product tours, and an AI assistant designed to deliver fast, focused answers. On top of that, our human support team is made up of experienced product experts who are always ready to help. If you’d be open to it, we’d really encourage you to reach out so we can better understand what you were missing and make sure you get the support you need. Your feedback helps us keep improving how we guide users through the trial period. Best regards, The Insightful Team
