INSIDEAReviews of insidea.com

The Insidea team lead by Ananya on our project, implemented HubSpot Sales Hub Professional into our agency as the first CRM of its kind at Cartwright, they took on board our requirements and worked diligently to apply our ideas resulting in a bespoke feeling CRM that even as HubSpot novices, we could start using quickly. Ananya ensured that our questions were answered and solutions were found when we came up against any teething problems. All in all, the team were a great partner to help our organisation rollout HubSpot.

We had a great experience with INSIDEA in working with them to setup our Marketing Hub subscription to Hubspot. On the whole, the team was extremely knowledgeable and they were willing to go above and beyond the things outlined in their roadmap to ensure that our CRM was tailored to our exact needs. I would absolutely recommend them and their services to anyone needing to get Hubspot setup and dialed in for their needs.

We’ve been using HubSpot for years, but we knew we weren’t getting the most out of it. As a small team, we were figuring things out as we went. INSIDEA helped us get on track by rethinking our sales pipeline, training our team, and walking us through every step. We now have a clearer process and feel much more confident using HubSpot.

Vartika at INSIDEA was very helpful with our Hubspot onboarding. We were a bit scattered, but they kept us on track to ensure we knew how to use the tool + could integrate with our systems.

As a small startup full-service startup with the needs to establish operational processes from beginning to end, our onboarding needs were many and under-construction as we met with the INSIDEA team. They helped us ID priorities, processes and implementations. A priceless experience.

Pleasant experience with Insidea. Mostly smooth implementation with minor hiccups but was swiftly addressed. Sanish was very patient and professional throughout and made sure that we were also doing ok in the post implementation phase.

Amazing & Professional Company! INSIDEA Did a wonderful job explaining things and helping to set-up HubSpot sales and marketing professional. Was there the whole step of the way and made sure to leave us with a great understanding of our CRM and how to manage it in the future. Their understanding of HubSpot and overall service was top notch! INSIDEA was amazing to work with, and I would recommend them 5/5 stars!

Insidea has been an indispensable partner in our launch of HubSpot. We were migrating from a difficult "frankenCRM" that was non standard in every way, and they helped us navigate the complexities of figuring out the data sets and configurations we needed. They are very consultative and make an effort to learn the why's of what you need HubSpot to do for you, and then help you set-up and train the team to accomplish those goals. Our implementation rep is a saint and the epitome of patience as well. We have the professional suite and different stakeholders for the different hubs and outcomes. As such, it was no small feat to keep all the parties happy and agreeing on what the go-forward needed to do. Add to that some non-technical CRM newbies and it could have been a real mess - but Insidea made it easy. 5 Star all the way!
