Fast shipping, and good product.

I emailed your company and Nancy Rohrer answered my questions about where your cables are made and how much the shipping would cost which was $45.00 to $50.00,I had put my full address in my email. So I placed my order. The order #1547 and the shipping on my order was $35.90 USD. Was happy with the parts for my Rotary Hoist and how quick the order came, but not happy with another bill for shipping for $56.60 from UPS when I already paid the shipping of $35.90. If I had known how much the shipping was going cost I would not placed my order. I phoned your company and Nancy would not come to the phone, the lady I was talking to was taking to Nancy then the lady came back on the phone and was told there was nothing they could do. Not real good Customer Service.

I never got my product, I had to go somewhere else to buy my product. And they charged me!!!!!

items were in stock.....had factory part numbers for reference...and appreciated that you can buy the individual parts that you need without having to buy an entire "kit" of components.

We have 2 old Globe hoists in our shop, and it is getting increasingly difficult to keep them well maintained. The fill cap we got is much better designed, and works great.
