I worked with Kerby and Zach. They were fantastic, explained everything in detail, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The refund we are receiving is even higher than the original estimate. I highly recommend Innovation Refunds. K Graham

As an American small business owner I thank goodness for Mr. Makler's entrepreneurial spirit. Bringing big corporate tax refund services to those of us that normally would not have access to these services is genius. Working with the team at Innovative Refunds has been a positive experience, their dedication to customer service is impressive.

When I heard the ad for Innovation Refunds on the radio I thought, like I do with many other ads, that it is just too good to be true.....what's the catch?? Long story short, there is no catch. there is a bit of documentation that you have to supply but at the end of the process the reward was more than worth the amount of work we put into it. Their team handles you from start to finish and although there are handoffs to different associates as you transition through the three phases of the operation, it is smooth and their folks are UBER-professional. One of the best things we have done since starting our small business.

Quick, efficient, excellent service! Moren Blazevic, Oscar Chavez & Todd Christeson were THE BEST! The process is easy and there is no cost until you get your refund.

From the first time I spoke with Moren B. to explore the possibility of qualifying for a refund and all through the entire document submission process; I was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness and clarity of information whenever I had any questions. Very little effort on my part since all the required records were easily available in digital format on my end. The submission and evaluation was simple. Looking forward to telling other business owners I know about Innovation Refunds.

After uploading payroll info to Innovation, they processed the grant application, and have advised me of my substantial rebate from IRS. I'm waiting for payment, but they only collect 25% after my payment arrives. Nothing up front which would be concerning.

This was a very simple process and the people (Matt Black, Julie Mayer-Pohl and Brady Silas) were all very helpful and friendly. We would recommend Innovation Refunds to anyone and everyone. In fact, we are !!!
