The people at Innovation Refunds made this absolutely painless. The paperwork we already had. Just had to send it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to claim the tax credit refund that is available to them. 10/4/22

They did an outstanding job for us. It takes a little while but they got us our refund within a few months after applying for it. Gret personnel to work with. Don't leave anything that your business deserves on the table. Call them right away and get your maximum refund. Thank you all.

Fine in the beginning and I have done all our paperwork. Now it has been weeks and weeks "to review with the CPAs". No answers, no returned calls. On occasion there is an email "we'll look into it" but that is it. I keep reaching out but not getting any reply. I am wondering if this is a scam at this point. Not good customer service once thy have your documents. UPDATE: After writing this review, I got a call from a Team Leader the next morning. They were able to look into my case, made a call to the CPA team and got a contract sent out within a couple hours. They also followed up later in the day if there were any questions. All of this occurred in a 24 hour span of time. I give them credit, they jumped right on it once they took my situation seriously and the customer service/check-ins have been great. I started this review at 1 star. I have moved it to 3 stars because I give weight to a company fixing a problem. I understand that everything is not always going to be 100% perfect. It is the reaction to those not-so-perfect situations that really show what the integrity of a company is.

The folks at Innovation Refunds were easy to work with. Gathering all the different documents needed at the start took time. A few times I would be asked for more documents, and it felt like I was working on a home mortgage. But once I did my part, they took everything else over & it went smooth & quick. I got my refund a lot faster & larger than I had expected. Well worth my upfront time.

The process does take awhile. I sent in all requested documents on 7/26 and received 9/24 of what my potential refund would/will be and the filing documents they needed to proceed. So, two months. Very professional and knowledgeable. I know after looking at the paperwork to do it myself there was no way I could have figured it out. They did say the refund could possibly come in multiple checks and take as long as 4-10 months. I look at it as money I didn’t have anyway, so anything received is a bonus.

I have been very pleased with the process thus far. They have been very responsive and have answered my questions along the way. I am very comfortable recommending them without reservation.
