This company is very responsive and knowledgeable. When you e-mail, they respond quickly. Both Jeff and Meggan were great to work with. I have already suggested a few of my clients use them and they have had the same experience we did.

Innovations Refunds, Matt Black Just finishing the process of review and sending information to the IRS. From the start with Matt Black, and then his team of experts guiding us thru information gathering, and explaining the process they have been direct, helpful , and cordial answering all questions…Matt Black at Innovations Refunds is the way to go! They did what they said they'd do! My refund was well over my expectations. Kerby and Devonte were knowledgeable and answered every question along the way with confidence and common sense. My CPA was not prepared to apply and my national payroll company wasn't ready to engage until a month after I began working with Innovation. They seemed to be the first out of the gate and have developed a rock solid system. 25% commission is steep but I'll sleep good at night knowing that they have my back in the event of an audit.
