What initially appeared daunting ended up being a breeze. Hope Guill is an angel amongst professionals and clearly and consistently communicated our status and what was needed. I felt very very well supported and I would recommend this to any business looking to see what might be possible.

Joseph Strode was a professional I dealt with beginning the refund process. He told me what he needed and I provided it. He gave me questions to think about when writing my impact statement and pointed out areas in that narrative that needed more work. I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Strode.

Innovation Refunds advised and supported us, and we cannot be more grateful for their support as we together support our country.
