Innovation Refunds made the process so easy. They helped me every step of the way. Even after everything was filed Jeremy made it a point to keep reaching out to me to keep me informed of the process and how long it would take to receive my refunds. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We were very skeptical about beginning this journey and were especially worried about how time consuming it would be. The Team at Innovation Merissa, Michelle, and Tayla guided us through the process and kept us updated on progress every step of the way. I highly recommend that if you haven't contacted them yet to get this started for your company, Do It Today! You will be glad you did. Greg Roach Reliant Communications, Inc Austin, Texas

We couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout the entire process. They took a complex task out of our hands and handled all of it. What I appreciated so much from Innovation Refunds was how well organized they are...every single step of the way. Sam Estes was a pleasure to work with. I have no complaints.

I found Innovation Refunds to be excellent company. They delivered results promised results. Once I sent them the information they requested, they had reviewed and submitted my request for the ERP credit. Jeremy Shoars followed up with me on a regular basis until I had received all of the credit payments. I would highly recommend Innovation.

I was super skeptical at first. There are a lot of companies that claim they can get you ERC funds but do very little to guide you through the process. Innovation Refunds was spot on with their service and patience. I'm extremely busy and was reluctant to jump into this for fear it was going take up a bunch of my time. Thankfully, my part was relatively simple and Innovation Refunds did the rest. I was impressed with their service and expertise.
