I had a wonderful experience with Innovation refunds, they do everything to help you. My advisor Chavis Keller is exceptional, he explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company has been very informative and easy to work with. The agent that we have most recently been working with is Zoila Sarmiento and she is polite, to the point and extremely responsive.

Sam Estes and the team at Innovation Refunds were very professional and helpful in the upfront part of the process. They were very informative in helping us understanding how the process works and what to expect from a timing standpoint. The process went very smooth and we received the full refund based on the guidance that was provided by Sam and the team. Thanks for all the help and support!

Jeremy Shoars was great to work with. He was professional and checked in on our progress monthly. The initial forms to fill out, the instructions on what to do with IRS correspondence and refund checks, and the invoices and payment to Innovation Refunds at the end was made very clear and easy to process.

Everyone I spoke with during this process was pleasant and professional. Once through the initial process Matthew Tidman was assigned as my representative. He picked up the phone 99% of the time I called and returned my few voicemails promptly. On several occasions he reached out by phone in the most polite manner to make sure that all was going well. I was very thankful for these calls as most time I did have a question or two. Throughout the entire experience I have felt I had a partner in this process. Thank you, Matthew!!!!
