After careful research I agreed a $799 contract. Shuffled from one editor to another with little or no input or correction. Finally left for three weeks with no response for information on the manuscript submitted. After a complaint received an offer to complete the work for a $3000. Was it a scam? Just received a message that Inkwell will publish for the original $799. Rejected the offer
