don't do it. they offer replacements, and those don't work either.

Cartridges for HP Color Laser Jet1600 all leaking and streaking badly almost from new. Company refuses to replace after 1 year although the cartridges are still at 90% capacity. Ink Technologies says it's a shelf-life problem. Never had this problem with OEM.

Terrible customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I ordered a $400 ink package to be delivered to my daughter away at college. This was in March and the package has still not been delivered. This company keeps telling us to contact UPS about the issue, which we have done several times with no luck! Ink Technologies isn’t willing to give us even a partial refund! Now I’m out $400 and have nothing to show for it!

After using this company for several years, their quality control has gone downhill! Not only were some of the cartridges leaking, but 2 packages were already opened AND one cartridge was the wrong size!! I will NEVER use them again!! Beware!!!

These people sold me a defective toner cartridge and insisted that I pay for the return. I would not deal with them again.

We have had the worst experience with the cartridges for Brother printers. After 3 tries the magenta keeps leaking. And just today the printer wouldnt recognize the yellow even though it was 3/4 full. I did put in another and right now the yellow is being recognized. I have ordered from a different company because I am fed up with the issues.

I ordered and paid for 6 toner cartridges and they were never shipped. I called and emailed them several times. They were non responsive. I called Chase and they reported they had settled the case and credited my account. I won’t use them again.
