Hi Ethan, We are sorry to hear this. This is not at all the experience we strive to provide at Ink Spa. I've sent you an email requesting a photo of your tattoo. Given it's only about a week old and is a bold, saturated tattoo, we'll want to wait until it's fully healed (6-8 weeks) to evaluate the results as tattoos change quite a bit during the healing process. That said, we want to make it right so we'll be sure to find a resolution that works for you. Thank you for providing feedback.

HI Laura - Thank you for sharing your experience. I am one of the owners and we take our tattoo quality and experience very seriously. I spoke with your artist, and he mentioned that the mirror function on the stencil printer was accidentally turned off, which is why the stencil appeared reversed. I understand that you both noticed it before the tattooing started, but that you mentioned that you liked the idea because it symbolized Idaho being behind you, like in your rearview mirror. I think that’s actually a pretty cool concept! However, we never want anyone to feel less than thrilled with their tattoo. We’d love to invite you back to our studio so we can make any adjustments you’d like. Our artists are incredibly skilled and can do amazing things to enhance or modify the artwork to ensure it brings you the joy a tattoo should. Please reach out, and we’ll be happy to make it right!
