there was a problem with an XL color cartridge...took me a while to get someone on the phone to replace. missed about a month of use. things happen

Has worked mostly great! Only problems I have are steaks in color printing where maybe the ink dried or gunked up a little bit, but after a few pages the streaks are gone. Usually not too bad. Need to use it probably once or twice a week or a little bit daily to keep streaks out.

One black and white cartridge was streaking and after several attempts to align and clean cartridge, it was placed in file "file 13"!

The cartridges work great, the only problem is that I have no way of knowing when they actually need replacing because the low ink indicator does not reset when you use these cartridges. My work around is to always have an extra set ready.

Product was as described and seems to work just fine.
