The cartages were hard to fit!

The cartridge installed and worked as it should. However, I haven't used it enough to see how long it will last. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I use this company exclusively for my printing ink needs. Out of all the ink cartridges that I have received from them, I only had one that did not work properly. Unfortunately, it was a year past the date that I bought it, and I could not get a refund or a new cartridge for free. Understandable, but I think it would have been good customer service to replace the ink cartridge regardless, since they obviously have good products, and that this would most likely not happen often.

I have had great luck with you, but my sister and a friend both have gotten a bad cartridge which was replaced as quickly as possible. Thank you.

For some reason the ink drys fast but I am grateful for free replacements.

Everything I have purchased from them has worked perfectly. Only once was the product imperfect and they quickly took the item back and shipped a new one.
