I was concerned at the beginning…
I was concerned at the beginning because I live in US and product was coming all the way from Ukraine. His product was exactly what I was looking for and I did not regret my purchase. He always responded quickly to my questions and I received the menu books as promised and relatively quickly. I was able to track order throughout shipping process. Five star to service, quality and the menu books. I recommend others to order.

Really happy with the final product
Really happy with the final product. The menus and check presenters turned out even better than I had hoped. Inko Horeca just became our go to for restaurant branding touch points.

My custom menu holders are amazing
My custom menu holders are amazing! They are such a beautiful colour in person, the embossing of my logo is beautiful and they feel very luxurious. I’m so happy with my purchase and will be repurchasing!

Great product, quality to impress
Very happy with the product. Some small preferences otherwise: Leather was more plasticky than I thought, didn’t much care for the brand name in back but okay, and I only have a couple pages in the menu so the screw stopped screwing before it pinched the menu all the way so they are a little wobbly in their holes. But good quality, good service and good delivery. Would recommend to others.

Thank you for the honest and detailed feedback, Chris! Sorry the leather and branding weren't quite to your taste, and thanks for flagging the screw-post fit with fewer pages — we'll take that into account. Really glad the overall quality, service, and delivery met your expectations, and we appreciate the recommendation!

Inkohoreca made this so easy
Inkohoreca made this so easy! Was trying to convince the owner to switch our menus to these.. they were quick with open communication. Shipping takes a minute but again they are open about that. The owner of my restaurant was blown away by the quality of the product! Thank you for making this an easy process. Placing a second full order now!

Thank you so much, Marissa, for such a detailed and generous review! We're so glad we could make it easy to bring the owner on board, and that the quality spoke for itself once the menus arrived. We always try to be upfront about shipping times, so it means a lot that you noticed and appreciated that. Can't wait to get your second order underway — thank you for trusting us again!
