Capital Financing provides injured plaintiffs of a personal injury to receive financial support. If you are injured, hired an attorney, and have a current pending lawsuit against another individual or insurance company, you may be able to receive a pre-settlement advance against your cases. This is not a loan but rather an advance again future settlement proceeds. We can advance to you as little as $500. Unlike a bank or other type of loan service, we do not verify your credit, job history, or personal finances, we only review the details of your lawsuit and speak with your lawyer. We typically can make a decision the same day or within 48 hours depending on the ability to speak with the plaintiff and/or the attorney. These advances are non-recourse which means if you lose your lawsuit, you would owe us nothing. There is no risk to the plaintiff unlike a typical loan you may receive from a friend or bank that is a guarantee to repay. Applying is easy as you can go to our website and select "Apply Now" and the process is simple and quick, unlike typical processes that you may have experienced. We are specialty financing and only provide these advances to victims of a personal injury.Visit our website to learn about our services: www.injuryfinancing.comContact our office with questions or concerns: [email protected] Reasons Injured Victims Choose Capital Financing:Quick ApprovalsLow FeesNo Credit Check or Income VerificationNo Surprises or Hidden FeesCan't Pay Bills Due to InjuriesCan't Afford Deductibles or Co-pays

Thomas, We sincerely apologize for any delay. We understand the urgency of all our clients' situations. Prompt service is a priority. As you referenced in your review your request was issued during a shortened holiday period which unfortunately results in a higher volume of clients needing assistance while being processed by less staff than usual. More importantly, many law firms are difficult to contact for approvals during holidays or weekends so that can also affect our ability to deliver our normally speedy decisions, Nevertheless, We hope you were able to get the funds you needed and enjoyed your holiday. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help
Awesome service would definitely recommend to others.
