The power bank worked pretty well except it had issues with losing connection randomly. I contacted Customer Support and they immediately (after troubleshooting failed) offered a replacement product at no cost to me. The customer support was strong, if a bit slow to respond, but the new one I received works flawlessly and I use it almost every weekday for my classes.

Overall, I'm really impressed with their quality and performance at such competitive prices—they deliver reliable charging without any overheating or inconsistencies. One of them had a minor defect initially, but after some quick troubleshooting on my end and confirming the issue, their customer service team stepped in and resolved it seamlessly with excellent support. Bei der INIU Powerbank P50-E1 handelt es sich um ein sehr gutes Gerät. Hier kurz einige technische Daten: * 45W 10.000mAh. * Integriertes abnehmbares Kabel (Kann auch als Handtragegurt verwendet werden!) * 2 Usb-C-Ports (für In und Out) * 1 Usb-A-Port (für Out) * Sehr kleine Abmessungen: 8,3L x 2,6B x 5,2D cm * Sehr kleines Gewicht: 160g Ich habe umfangreiche Tests gemacht mit einem Samsung Tablet S9+, einem Pixel 7 Pro XL und einem Samsung S24 Handy. Getestet habe ich mit einem INIU 100W Kabel, einem Lisen 60 W Kabel und mit dem internen Kabel der Powerbank. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Das Aufladen der Handies funktioniert einwandfrei und schnell. Beim Samsung Tablet gibt es allerdings einige Probleme. Das Aufladen des Tablets wird manchmal abgebrochen, obwohl die Ladung der Powerbank noch ausreichend ist und sie auch kontinuierlich beim "Ladevorgang" abnimmt. Wenn an der Powerbank oder dem aufzuladenden Tablet bereits ein Kabel eingesteckt war und das andere Kabelende nun für den Ladevorgang in das andere Gerät gesteckt wird, kann es ebenfalls dazu führen, dass kein Ladevorgang startet. Dann erscheint auf der Powerbank als Anzeige "188%". Das kann man aber leicht beheben, indem man das Kabel kurz aus beiden Geräten nimmt und wieder neu einsteckt. Laut INIU-Support liegt das an einem Problem mit Inkonsistenzen bei der USB-C-PD-Kommunikation zwischen dem Tablet und der Powerbank, insbesondere bei niedrigem Akkustand oder wechselnder Kabelführung. Da ich mein Tablet aber nicht unterwegs mitnehme, ist das zwar schade, aber die anderen Vorzüge (kleines Gewicht / Größe / integriertes Kabel) überwiegen bei weitem. Insgesamt lässt sich sagen: Das ist die optimale Powerbank für unterwegs, wenn das Handy z.B. im Urlaub mal wieder im Laufe des Tages zuwenig Akkuleistung hat. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Powerbank im Flugzeug als Handgepäck mitgenommen werden darf. Für mich lässt sich auf jeden Fall sagen: Ich habe den Kauf der Powerbank auf keinen Fall bereut. Sie im Urlaub mitzunehmen, war eine Superentscheidung.

I puchased the P73-E1 qi2 powerbank and I have loved it so far. Good compact design and attention to detail , from the USB C included in the lanyard to the imbedded kickstand. If anything, i wish they could do solid state batteries or anything that would make wireless charging stay cooler.

I have been using 27000 Mac Iniu power bank since 1 year and experienced the fast charging capacity on my Mac and iPhone as well, which feels great. Though I purchased it from Amazon but the customer support was awesome for claiming the warranty issue that I have with the cable. The cable became loosen after roughly 9 months and didn't work at all after a month and contacted customer support. They immediately processed for new cable to be shipped under my mailing address and got it on time.

This product is amazing and works perfectly, all at a reasonable price.

The reason for the 4* review rather than 5*, is I did have a problem with the first power bank in that it would not charge, but after speaking with their customer support team, who were marvellous and quickly sorted out a replacement, I have not had any other problems thus far. I would recommend this company highly both for their products and customer service.
