Hi, thank you for reaching out. Our products are digital goods, and as stated in our policy at checkout, we’re unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded and accessed. It looks like both purchases were completed and confirmed, so both were processed as agreed. If you need help accessing the files or have any other questions, we’re here to help! We can be reached via email at [email protected] Kind regards, Brad Head of Customer Support
Could have done with an idiots guide

Do not purchase from this company. The slides are basic and they LIE! They say lifetime access but require you to pay to download them again. Their website say that they respond in 48-72 hours but it's been weeks/months and still no response. There are better companies out there to purchase from. If you don't want to be scammed out of your money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hi Jessica, We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. We want to clarify a few important points: All our slides are professionally designed, high quality, and trusted by thousands of happy customers around the world. Lifetime access means exactly that — once you purchase, you don’t have to pay again to download. You can re-download anytime from your account without extra charges. The claim about needing to pay again is incorrect. Our support team does its best to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We’re a small team that truly cares about our product and our customers. If there’s anything we can do to help or clear up any confusion, we’re here and happy to support you.
